My LED Flame

Just returned from another visit to the Ingo Maurer showroom in Munich. Such an inspiration!

One of the most intriguing "fixtures" was definitely the LED candle My New Flame.

The candle itself is a thin strip of circuit board. Beautiful in its industrial simplicity. The astonishing part is how life-like the flame flickers. Just like the real thing, just that this candle never burns down!
