For 60+ years the beautiful Akari paper lamps by Isamu Noguchi have graced homes all over the country. Designed by Noguchi in the early 1950s these iconic light sculptures are crafted in Japan from handmade washi paper and bamboo ribbing, supported by a wire frame. The light they create is beautifully soft and diffused.
