Alva - A beautiful centerpiece

Meet Alva, this year's winner of the International Interior Design Association/Hospitality Design Product Design Competition in the "Individual Lamps or Lighting Devices" category.

Alva offers a contemporary interpretation of the vintage Edison style filament bulb. The bulb itself is however not of delicate glass and carbon fiber, but a beautiful heavy piece of pure optical crystal with an intricately detailed laser etched "filament". Finished off with a powerful downward firing LED, the Tech Lighting Alva is a striking as well as versatile pendant light that will fit in a wide variety of locations.
