LED Lighting for the kitchen

At the trendy restaurant Sweetwater Harvest Kitchen in Santa Fe they had a neat idea for adding a bright and colorful touch of illumination: adding an LED strip behind a row of canned fruits on top of a wall spanning a part of the dining area. It just looks so festive, and since the LED diodes themselves don't put out a whole lot of heat it won't harm the fruit.
